§.1 General Provisions

The data administrator is LOOP LOGISTICS Sp. z o. o., ul. Stanisława Murzynowskiego 10/171, 10-684 Olsztyn. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and is stored on secured servers.
Your personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of executing orders. Without your consent, your personal data will not be made available to data recipients within the meaning of Art. 7 point 6 of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 2135, as amended).
For the purposes of providing services, we obtain the following data:
- first name and last name
- company name
- company’s tax identification number
- residential/business address
- correspondence address
- Phone number
- e-mail adress
- data regarding consent to data processing
- data regarding orders placed (service parameters, graphic files)

§2. Data Controller, Purpose of Data Processing and Rights

Service provider – LOOP LOGISTICS Sp. z o. o., ul. Stanisława Murzynowskiego 10/171, 10-684 Olsztyn is the administrator of its clients‘ data.
Personal data is processed:
- in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
- in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy
- to the extent and purpose necessary to create the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and properly perform the Services provided by LOOP LOGISTICS Sp. z o. o.,
- to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests, and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Each data subject has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.

We have implemented technical and organizational measures to best protect your data against loss, modification, theft or access by unauthorized third parties.
We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
Service provider – LOOP LOGISTICS Sp. z o. o. has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawing consent or submitting a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
We do not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under applicable law.
Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we cooperate closely.

§3. Cookies
